Reel irrigation system ŁUKOFAMA 110/430

Purpose

ŁUKOFAMA reel irrigation machine is designed for irrigation of vegetable, orchard, agricultural and nursery crops up to 35 ha. It should be supplied with technologically clean water at a pressure of 5 to 11 bar with a capacity of 37 to 72 m3/h. Can work with the KRONOS water cannon and is also adapted to work with the FVT low-pressure console sprinkler with a construction span of up to 48 m and a width of 56 m for irrigation delicate vegetables and a BIG RIVER turbine sprinkler for orchard crops, or with a four-spray sprinklers or by flooding method for root zone irrigation of orchards.

Construction and principle of operation

Galvanized steel structure with a rotary tower which is wrapped in a polyethylene hose with a diameter of 110 mm and a length of 430 m. The drive begins with an Italian hydraulic turbine with an internal flange, then is transmitted through a 4-speed gearbox and a chain to the piston valve. Reducer with brake and PTO for emergency rolling. Reel irrigation is equipped with an electronic RAIN STAR 260 controller for controlling and programming the winding speed; with a accumulator and a solar battery; a dump valve for automatic shutdown of the pumping station. Screw hose stacker, ejecting the supports from the manual hydraulic pump, mechanically raised drawbar, 5-wheeled sprinkler trolley with wheel track adjustment, SIME KRONOS water gun.
